Commodore's Corner

Due to Irene's abrupt arrival the hard copy newsletter did not get out of the printer's hands. The Labor Day weekend will include a sail to the island for Hot Dogs between 1 & 2pm on Saturday. Sunday will be the Band Party featuring the Psycho Daisy with dinner. We originally had planned lobster but Irene interrupted that delivery, so we will be doing burgers, dogs, salads, corn and all the fixins and beverages. Cost will be around $10. Monday will include Ute race, Women's race, Bud-lite race and the Hull Flying contest. Let's hope the weather holds up for us. We will eventually get a newsletter out because we still have some races left including our Coney Island Nuts Freezer.. Hope to see many of you return after the mass exodus of boats last weekend to escape from the storm.

Labor Day Weekend
